Nesiba and Nesib: words and people from Sarajevo

“Words and people from Sarajevo”, work in progress. Nesiba (54) and Nesib (62) lost their son in 1997. At that time their son Nesib was 20 year’s old and was a civilian victim of the war in Bosnia. He is currently buried in the Bistrik cemetery in Sarajevo but he is the only one which is still without grave after so many years. His parents told me that they do not have enough money to afford a decent grave. They are looking and hoping for some help. Vogosca, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, February 2014 © Luca Bonacini.
